If you have any queries with your rent or our fees, Fiona will help you. Fiona deals with all accounting for the company and runs a very tight ship with a hard earned average of less than 1% (regularly 0%) rent arrears at all times. "I am a huge fan of rugby, supporting my home team South Africa. With a great love for the outdoors and "sun" (think I moved to the wrong country!) I enjoy the traditional South African braai (bbq) and socialising with friends".

Rebecca accompanies people viewing properties three evenings a week & on Saturdays 9am-4pm. She also assists with Opening & Interim Inspections and sometimes you will see her in the office helping with administration. "I have a work hard play hard mentality. Carla Sabin, Senior Lettings Administrator
Carla is our Senior Lettings Administrator and oversees the referencing and Opening Inspection process, as well as supporting Rebecca Howland with client introductions. "Originally from Wales, I moved to Swadlincote 15 years ago with my husband. We share our home with our 10 year old daughter, two cats and a rabbit. I love to cook and especially enjoy teaching my daughter how to prepare a good home cooked meal. I enjoy glass painting and my friends and family will often get a hand painted item as a gift."
