These services have been designed to provide you with various choices at competitive prices. (Please note that all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where relevant):

Introducer

Start Up Fee (First let only) - £359.00
Re-let Fee (Subsequent lets to the next new tenants) - £359.00

Includes:

  • Website advertising
  • Office window colour advertising 
  • Tenant telephone screening
  • Internal & external digital photo's (fees sheet says evidence?)
  • Key management system
  • Rent reviews

Find A Tenant

Start Up Fee (First let only) - £479.00
Re-let Fee (Subsequent lets to the next new tenants) - £479.00

Includes the same services as Introducer and:

  • To Let board (standard or premium)
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant referencing
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Process of initial rent
  • Opening Inspection

Silver

Start Up Fee (First let only) - £282.00
Re-let Fee (Subsequent lets to the next new tenants) - £162.00

Commission (BEFORE VAT) - 7.5%
Commison (INCLUSIVE OF VAT) - 9%

Includes the same services as Find A Tenant and:

  • Inventory
  • Transfer of services (utility companies updated)
  • Manage ongoing rents
  • Closing Inspection and condition report issued to you
  • Tenancy Renewals
  • Dispute or Arbitration service
Gold

Start Up Fee (First let only) - £282.00
Re-let Fee (Subsequent lets to the next new tenants) - £162.00

Commission (BEFORE VAT) - 10%
Commison (INCLUSIVE OF VAT) - 12%

Includes the same services as Silver and:

  • Protected deposit
  • Interim inspections
  • Arrange annual gas safety inspections
  • Manage repairs/quotations (up to the value of £1500 and up to 2 quotations per repair)

Platnium

Start Up Fee (First Let Only) - £450.00
Re-let Fee (Subsequent lets to the next new tenants) - £330.00

Commission (BEFORE VAT) - 12.5%
Commison (INCLUSIVE OF VAT) - 15%

Includes the same services as Silver and:

  • Rent guarantee service (terms apply)
  • Premium listing on Rightmove and Howland Jones website
  • HMRC ready end of year Tax Returm

If not included in the product you choose, the following services are available at additional cost:

  • Premium listing on rightmove and Howland Jones websites (per month) - £42.00
  • Feature box on rightmove website (per fortnight) - £42.00
