Could you be the new Sales Negotiator we are looking for?

You will bring with you solid estate agency experience, be target driven and enjoy meeting clients face-to-face and over the telephone. You'll be conducting Market Appraisals, take ons, bringing property to the market, progressing every sale effectively and supporting the Sales Director.


To assist the Sales Director in the achievement of the sales targets for the business

Effective handling of enquiries and conversion into viewings or market appraisals

Follow up previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions. Provide timely, respectful and constructive feedback to our vendors

Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings for properties we have for sale.

Archive client records where all potential interest has been checked, exhausted and recorded

Fortnightly property performance updates to our vendors with updates on our pro-active marketing plan to keep interest going. Suggest, agree and implement ongoing and regular marketing enhancements to live properties

Book and conduct Market Appraisals

Support the Sales Director with new instructions and building the property on ALTO ready for advertising

Booking floor plans and Energy Performance Certificates

Effective meeting of customers that visit our offices and handling their enquiry (subject to Covid-19 conditions)

Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers and vendors, to help achieve a completion rate that is higher than the national average. Ensure vendors & buyers receive a weekly update email via ALTO.

Provide administration support such as; sales property folders, document checklists, window cards, for sale boards, brochures, anti-money laundering compliance, key movements (on ALTO & in Sales Key folder)

Carry out Land Registry searches and Anti-Money Laundering checks as requested

Daily checking of reviews and other actions due as per the ‘Dashboard’ on ALTO

Effective maintenance and updating of our estate agency software database (ALTO)

Contribute to the company social media content and marketing campaigns

Provide support & cover to the lettings team - as necessary

Any other actions required by the Sales Director or Managing Director

£21,000 basic with realistic uncapped OTE of c. £27,000 per annum.
