Howland Jones Landlord Wins Free Insurance!

We are delighted to announce that our landlord, Mr Oakes is the proud winner of a year’s free insurance policy with Endsleigh.

Protecting our clients is a priority at Howland Jones and we strongly recommend that each of our landlords has a comprehensive landlord insurance policy in place. A strong policy will cover a landlord’s buildings and contents against a wide range of hazards including fire, flood, theft and malicious damage. There is also the option to take out additional accidental damage cover available to add further protection against accidental damage cause by tenants.

It is not a legal requirement to have a landlords insurance policy in place before letting your property however it may be a requirement of your mortgage or loan provider and is strongly recommended.
